Who we are
Panhandle Productions LLC (“Panhandle Productions,” “we,” “us”) is a real estate and commercial media company serving the Gulf Coast corridor from Cape San Blas to Destin. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you contact us, request a quote, book a shoot, or create an order, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company or brokerage, property address, and any details you include about the work. If you buy from our stock media store, our payment processor collects your billing information; we do not store full payment card numbers.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical information — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions with the site — using cookies and similar technologies.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how our sites are used, Google Ads (including remarketing) to show our advertising to people who have visited our sites, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools for the same purpose. These providers may set cookies and receive information about your visit. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, adjust Google ad personalization at Google Ads Settings, and adjust Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Text messages
If you give us a phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages about your bookings and deliveries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
How we use your information
To respond to enquiries and provide quotes; to schedule, produce, and deliver the media you ordered; to invoice and collect payment; to provide support; to send service-related messages; to improve our services and marketing; and to comply with legal and tax obligations.
Service providers we share with
We use third-party providers to run our business, including Aryeo (booking, orders, and media delivery), Front and Intercom (customer communication), Dropbox (file storage and delivery), Dialpad (calls and text messaging), Google (analytics, advertising, business profile, and workspace), Meta (advertising), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), and payment processors. These providers may process your information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
YouTube API Services
Panhandle Productions uses YouTube API Services to manage our own YouTube channel. Our internal tooling authenticates as a Google account owned by Panhandle Productions and acts only on our own channel and our own video content. It publishes videos we produced, maintains their titles, descriptions and tags, organizes them into playlists, reads comments on our own videos so that a person can reply, and reads aggregate performance statistics for our own channel. The only information we retain is the identifiers of our own videos and playlists together with aggregate channel statistics, held in a private database used solely for internal reporting.
We do not collect, store, or process personal information about YouTube users, and we do not access data about any channel other than our own.
By using our services you acknowledge that our tooling relies on the YouTube API. Your use of YouTube is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke third-party application access to your Google account at any time via Google security settings.
Data retention and deletion
We keep client and project records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize them. Aggregate analytics are kept in aggregate form.
Data obtained through the YouTube API is limited to our own video and playlist identifiers and aggregate statistics for our own channel. It is refreshed on an ongoing basis and is not retained beyond the periods permitted by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. We do not store video titles, descriptions, creator names, or comment text obtained through the API.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@panhandleproductions.net. We will respond within 30 days. You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link, and out of text messages by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR; contact us and we will honor them.
Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encrypted transport, encrypted credential storage, and access controls limiting who can reach client data.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
